These terms apply to the Nod Factor Radio text-message program operated by Nod Factor Productions and Media.

Nod Factor Radio Text Messaging Program

Nod Factor Radio, operated by Nod Factor Productions and Media, sends station updates, show and event news, promotions, and updates for artists who submit music.

Independent SMS Consent Choices

Where we offer web-based SMS enrollment, we provide two separate, optional checkboxes, both unchecked by default. You choose each category independently:

• Marketing and promotional texts: By selecting this option, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Nod Factor Radio / Nod Factor Productions about station promotions, events, programs, and special offers.
• Informational and song-submission texts: By selecting this option, you agree to receive non-promotional SMS messages from Nod Factor Radio / Nod Factor Productions about the status of your song submissions and related participation updates.

You may select either category, both, or neither. Consent to informational messages does not authorize marketing messages. Supplying a phone number, submitting a song, joining rewards, visiting our site, or making a purchase does not itself authorize texts. Consent is not required to submit a form, song, or purchase.

You can review and record your preferences using the SMS Text Preferences form, which presents the choices separately. Other forms offering SMS enrollment must also use separate choices.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out and Help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us through the Booking page on this site.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and Consent Records

SMS enrollment information and each affirmative checkbox selection may be recorded to document the category selected, source, and time of consent. Consent is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
