Nod Factor Radio Text Messaging Program

Nod Factor Radio, operated by Nod Factor Productions and Media, sends station updates, show and event news, promotions, and updates for artists who submit music.

Opt-In and Consent

You may opt in through a separate text-message checkbox on our web forms. The checkbox is unchecked by default; you must select it yourself to consent to receive text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit a form or make a purchase.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out and Help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us through the Booking page on this site.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
